This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 03/30/2023, between the hours of 9:30 am to 12 pm. There were 12 children, plus 2 resident children present (33 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 12 children records, 6 household records, and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
