A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 9/01/2022. There were a total of 25 children with 6 staff members present. Children were observed resting. Staff were actively engaged and interactive with the children.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
