An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/22/2024 from 10:45 am-12:40pm. There were 23 children supervised by 4 direct care staff. The physical plant, 6 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and table top activities. No violations were observed during this inspection. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
