Comments:
An in person Renewal study was conducted today. There are 8 children present with 3 caregivers. Children were observed playing with a variety of age appropriate toys. 6 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. All were complete. 4 child records were reviewed. See Violation notice for non-compliances. First aid supplies, Emergency supplies, Emergency evacuation drills, diapering and bathroom supplies and fridge/freezer temperatures were all in compliance. Based on a review of records, the provider did not maintain an up-to-date record for all enrolled children. Evidence: 1 of 4 child records reviewed was missing a record. There was no record available for review. (Child 4).
Plan of Correction:
The parent has the child's record to get documents notarized. I will ask them to bring all of the forms back tomorrow.
