Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/18/20 and completed on 9/23/20. The Director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 18 children present and 4 staff. The inspector emailed the Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility. Based on file review, 1 out of 2 staff records did not have the results of a Central Registry Search (CRS) within the past 5 years. Evidence 1. Staff #1's most recent CRS was completed on 9/3/15.
