The local agency representative and licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on 12/27/2019 regarding allegations of programs and staffing and supervision. On 01/07/2020, the licensing inspector was on site between 10:00 am to 12:20 pm. During the inspection, interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, records and pertinent documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
