A complaint inspection was conducted on 04/25/2023 from 2:55 pm until 3:40 pm as a result of a complaint received by the department on 04/03/2023 regarding behavior management allegations.
Interviews with staff were conducted, and the information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law, so the complaint is not valid. No violations were issued.
