An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:30 am - 12:00 noon with staff. There were 17 children, ranging from 3 years to five years of age, present with 6 staff supervising. Children were observed playing in centers, participating in teacher-directed reading and writing activities, and eating snack. Snack served today was animal crackers and apple juice. Two children's records and two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There was no medication to review, however staff have current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), first aid and CPR. The emergency drill log, attendance, written allergy list, first aid kit, fire and health inspections were reviewed and in compliance.
