Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:50 a.m. and ending at 12:30 p.m. There were 10 children in care ages 4 and 5 years old under the care and supervision of 2 staff. Children were observed during a craft activity, transition, during outdoor play on the playground and snack. Snack today was water and gold fish.
Two staff records and three children's records were reviewed. Emergency drills were documented and up to date.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of documentation, it was determined that the center did not obtain documentation of a Tuberculosis(TB) screening every two years for staff as required. Evidence: Staff #1 most recent TB documentation available was dated 9/6/20.
