An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 13, 2019 from approximately 12:20 pm to 2:00 pm. Six staff were present with 29 children at the onset of inspection. Additional administrative staff were present to assist. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. Children were observed napping and eating lunch.
Additional classroom were requested to be added to the license. Two classroom were measured and two additional restrooms were added to the licensed space. Measurements were taken during the inspection.
