Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/4/21 and concluded on 1/22/21. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There are no children enrolled at this time.
The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed two person's files to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with applicable standards or law.
Please submit the Central Registry Finding for Person A by 2/8/21.
Based on interview, it was determined that there was no central registry finding on file for Person A within 30 days. Evidence: The Central Registry finding for Person A could not be located and was not submitted for review.
Plan of Correction:
I will either locate or resubmit for that background check and send Licensing the results.
