An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 7, 2019 from 11:30am until 12:30pm. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 78 children present with 12 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities, outdoor play, and hand washing. On 11/19/2019 A sample of 7 children's records and 7 staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the facility and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration. There were no violations cited. An exit meeting was conducted with the facility director prior to the end of the inspection.
