A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 24, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. On this date, there were 59 children present in six classrooms and in the care of 14 staff members. Five staff members' records and seven children's records were reviewed. All six classrooms were toured and observations were made in three of those rooms. There was no medication being administered or on-site.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
