This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 05/28/2020 and concluded on 07/09/2020. A self-reported incident was received by the department regarding allegations in nutrition and food services. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. Additional interviews were conducted on 05/29/2020. The inspector emailed the provider a list of documentation required to complete the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the self-report of non-compliance with supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements.
