The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on Monday, August 26, 2019 from approximately 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on August 15, 2019 regarding staff to child ratios. Staff interviews and observations were conducted and documentation were reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
