8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on January 11, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. There was one child present with one caregiver supervising. A monitoring inspection was also conducted on this date. Children were observed arriving to the program, eating a morning snack and playing freely. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on interview, vendor did not ensure there is a written hard copy record of daily attendance.
Evidence: Vendor stated she has not documented attendance of children this week.
Plan of Correction:
Vendor stated she will document attendance of children as they arrive and depart each day.
