An unannounced inspection was initiated on April 5, 2024, and concluded on June 5, 2024, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on April 4, 2024, relating to allegations of nutrition and food services. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 staff records on-site. This inspection included, document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
