The licensing inspector initiated and concluded an unannounced subsidy complaint inspection on February 16, 2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on January 26, 2023 for allegations regarding supervision and administration. On February 16, the inspector was on site from 12:25pm until approximately 1:06pm conducting interviews, completing observations, and reviewing documentation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
