This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The department received a complaint incident regarding allegations in the areas of supervisions of children, and a subsequent investigation was initiated on October 2, 2020 and concluded on October 2, 2020. The inspector contacted the vendor by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector interviewed staff via telephone call.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
