This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The department received a complaint regarding allegations in the areas of supervision, and a subsequent inspection was initiated on 11/05/2020 and concluded on 11/24/2020. The inspector contacted the provider by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector requested the provider to send a list of documentation required to complete the investigation and interviewed staff during a phone call.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
