An unannounced Focused monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/3/2024 from 1:05pm - 3:15pm in order to review items addressed on the program's Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC).
Five staff records were reviewed. Additional staff records which were addressed in violations related to the IPOC were not reviewed due to these staff no longer being employed by the program.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
