An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 11/26/2019. The inspector was on site from approximately 4:45 PM to 5:15 PM. Documentation was reviewed relating to allegations concerning staff training and ratios.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
