The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
Please review the memo sent out to all licensed facilities, dated - 06/26/2020 on the subject of 2020 Legislative Implementation. Please pay close attention to Senate Bill 668 with regards to staff who currently live out of state or who have lived out of state within the past (5) years.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 08/07/2020. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were (18) children present, with (3) staff, in (3) groups. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (2) staff records submitted by the center to ensure documentation was complete.
