The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection, at which the site, transportation, and activities were reviewed for compliance. Staff and children files and other documentation were reviewed. Seven (7) children, aged 5-10 years, were transported to public school from the before school class. Previous violations were reviewed, and had been corrected. Please contact me if you need further assistance. Thank you for your cooperation. This inspection began at 8:30 am and concluded at 9:50 am.
