An announced renewal inspection was conducted on June 12, 2023, beginning at 1:50pm and ending at 2:35pm with the voluntarily registered provider. There was one 11-month-old child in care of the provider during the inspection for a total of 4 points. The provider?s and three household member?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The Health and Safety Checklist was reviewed with the provider. There were no violations issued as a result of this inspection.
