A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 2/13/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 35 children were present with 11 caregivers. The children were engaged in the following: coloring, doing crafts, learning colors, playing in centers, and eating snack. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, 4 medications, and 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
