An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted August 17 2022 between 10:15am and 12:00pm. Children were observed participating in classroom work, reading, and playing on the playground. Children were all observed preparing for lunch by washing hands. A review of the playground, classrooms, child records, staffing records, emergency supplies, and evacuation drills was conducted. Based on record review, the center did not ensure that at least every two years from the date of the first initial screening or testing that staff members obtain a negative result and submit it.
