An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 2:15 PM and ending at 4:20 PM. There were eighty-four children, ages five through ten years old, in care during the inspection. Children were observed during instructional time, making holiday cards for parents, and eating snack which consisted of cheese quesadilla and fruit juice. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Twelve medications and three allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance. The outside play area was not inspected due to inclement weather. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as November 25, 2019. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as July 5, 2019. The most recent health inspection was dated March 13, 2019. The most recent fire inspection was dated December 4, 2019.
