Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today from 12:00pm until 2:45pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 13 children present (31 points); however one child resides in the home. There were 3 caregivers present. The children were observed playing with floor toys, painting and playing in the sand box.
The subsidy requirements were reviewed this date; allergy action plans, staff trainings, nutrition and food services, recordkeeping, hazardous substances, reporting injuries, emergency plans and transportation.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
