A complaint inspection was completed on 07/14/2022. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the area of procedures for emergencies. Injury reports and policies and procedures were reviewed and staff interviews were conducted during the inspection. The evidence gathered during the investigation supported the allegation of non-compliance with the standards or law. Based on record review, the provider failed to ensure that two of two written records of children?s serious and minor injuries included the date and time when parents were notified. Evidence: The written record for C1 dated 02/21/2022 documented an injury. The written record did not document the time and date the parents were notified. The element on the form was blank. The written record for C2 dated 06/24/2022 documented that the injury was reported to an individual approved to pick the child up from daycare not the child?s parents.
