Comments:
A complaint investigation was begun in response to an allegation being received in our office. Based on multiple staff interviews and a review of available documentation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation. The complaint is not valid. Violations cited were not part of the original complaint, but found during the course of the investigation. If you have any questions, please contact me at 703-479-4678 or at Sarah.Marbert@dss.virginia.gov.
