An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today in response to a self-reported incident being received in our office on 11-16-23.
Based on multiple staff interviews, review of staff and child records and an inspection of the classroom, no violations were cited regarding this incident.
LI was present today from 10:30 AM - 12:10 PM.
