An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 29, 2024 approximately 12:35 pm to 12:45 pm. There were 10 children direcetly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating lunch (toast, mash potatoes, meat balls, cantaloupe and milk). There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children.
