This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program. A renewal inspection was initiated on 08/31/2021 and concluded on 08/31/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There are currently no day care children enrolled. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, emergency supplies and age appropriate equipment. A total of 2 staff/household records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
