Comments:
An unannounced monitoring code compliance inspection was completed on 1/31/24 from 10:15am until 11:40. There were 24 children and 4 staff present.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 4 staff records and 5 children?s records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the center did not have the required fingerprints completed. Evidence: 1. Staff #3 and #4 did not have fingerprints completed before the hire date.
