Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Seven classrooms were present with 51 children supervised by direct care staff. Observed children transitioning to lunch (beans and rice, salad and fruit), infant care, circle time and transition to the playground. Emergency medications were on-site with authorizations completed and stored in a safe manner. Multiple staff are trained in Medication Administration Training (MAT0, Daily Health Observation, First Aid and CPR. Emergency preparation is current for drills, maps and supplies. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, the center did not obtain documentation of additional immunizations every 6 months for children under 2 years of age. Evidence: Child #2's last recorded immunization was 12/2022. Child #3's last recorded immunization was 11/2022 Child #4's last recorded immunization was 5/2023.
