Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 6/12/2024 at 10:45am. There were 12 children (31 points) directly supervised by 3 caregiver(s). The home, 5 caregiver records, 5 children's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely inside the play room and napping in the nap room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on review, the provider did not ensure that the emergency evacuation drill was documented with the required minimum information. Evidence: reviewed the emergency evacuation drill log and found that only the date and time of the emergency drill was documented.
