Please ensure children's records clearly identify two people to contact in an emergency (emergency contacts) when a parent cannot be reached as well as individuals authorized for pick up the child.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 15, 2019 from approximately 1:30 pm to 2:50 pm. Two staff were present with eleven children. Five children's records were reviewed. Information to maintained on site was reviewed for the two staff present.
