Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 10, 2020 from approximately 12:40 pm to 2:00 pm. Two staff were present with eleven children. Four children records were reviewed.
Based on review, facility did not ensure there is an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence: The most recent fire inspection report available for review was completed January 15, 2019 which is more than a year old.
Plan of Correction:
Staff has already requested an inspection and report from the school office.
