A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/10/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 6 children present (14 points) with 1 caregiver. One child left during this inspection. Children were observed playing with cars and trucks, dancing, playing with manipulative toys, practicing their letters, and watching age appropriate tv programs. Reviewed 2 children's files, 1 caregiver file, 2 household member's files, attendance, menus, emergency evacuation log and supplies, crib compliance and physical plant. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
