A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 3, 2023 and concluded on March 8, 2023. During the inspection, there were 12 children and 2 staff were present supervising children in care. The children were observed in the classroom napping, and engaged in quiet time/ story time with staff. The sample size was 3 staff records.
Based on review of staff records and interview, the center did not ensure each person in a supervisory position has been certified by a practicing physician to be free from any disability which would prevent caring for children under supervision.
Evidence: In Staff#1's and Staff#3's record, there was no staff health report found for review. Interview with staff confirmed the reports were not available for review during the inspection.
