An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director and center staff on January 22, 2020 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 102 children present, ranging in age from 4 months to 5 years old, with 18 staff actively supervising. The children were finishing lunch and having rest time. The last evacuation drill was conducted 1/6/2020. The last shelter in place drill was conducted 8/7/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 1/2/2020. The last health inspection was conducted 10/22/2019. Thirteen medications for ten children were reviewed and are in compliance. Three staff are current in Medication Administration Training. Five staff files and ten children's files were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for details.
