Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/28/2023 at 10:56am. There were 4 children (12 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff records, 5 child's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely outside and inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that when food is brough from home it is labeled in a way that identifies the owner. Evidence: observed that there was a child's lunch in the refrigerator, but that it didn't have any identifying information on it.
