This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and concluded on 1/21/22. There were 7 children (13 points) present with 2 caregivers supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. There were no children present with diagnosed food allergies or medications. 2 caregiver's training records were reviewed to check for annual completion of the VA Health and Safety Update training. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
