Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms are in ratio during the inspection. 2 staff and 5 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Medications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, menu, emergency evacuation drills, and injury reports are all in compliance. Based on direct observation, cleaning materials were not stored locked in one classroom. Evidence: The cabinet containing cleaning materials was not locked in the Toddler 1 classroom.
Plan of Correction:
Cabinet was locked during the inspection. I will remind all staff to secure the cabinet locks.

Description:
Based on a review of documentation and staff statement, there is no documentation available to show that one infant requiring time on stomach, has spent 30 minutes on their stomach. Evidence: Time spent on their stomach for one infant requiring tummy time, in the Infant 3 room, is not documented.
Plan of Correction:
All staff will be reminded that every infant requiring tummy time, must have the time spent on their stomach documented. We will add this to a checklist for "What in the World" for staff to follow up.
