An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 02/26/2020 from 10:22 am to 12:15 pm in response to a complaint received by the department on 02/02/2020 for allegations regarding care, protection, and guidance. Seven staff interviews were conducted relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid." There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
