The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation. However, there is one violation that was found and cited during the inspection. Violations: Standard #: 8VAC20-780-370-1 Complaint related: No Description: Based on interview, staff failed to place an infant on his back when placed in his crib. Evidence: Staff #1 stated that they placed the infant on his stomach in the crib. Plan of Correction: All employees will be retrained on safe sleep.
