A monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/01/2022. Upon arrival there were 3 children in care with 2 caregivers. The Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records, 7 caregiver/household members records and 2 pet records. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on a record review the provider did not ensure all required background checks were complete. Evidence: Household Member #5 did not have documentation of having central registry check.
Plan of Correction:
The central registry check was sent the same time the others were sent. The provider will contact Office of Background Check Investigations to follow-up on the status.
