A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/28/2022 in response to a self report. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and interview the licensee did not ensure the diapering surface was in compliance.
Evidence: The licensee had been using a changing pad with an absorbent cover.
Plan of Correction:
The cover has been removed from the changing pad and only the nonabsorbent surface is used during diapering.
