A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/20/2023. There were 7 children present and 2 Caregivers. A tour of the home was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with caregivers. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
Based on a record review the licensee did not have documentation of vaccinations for the family pet. Evidence: The licensee did not have documentation of rabies vaccination for the dog that lives in the home.
Plan of Correction:
The licensee is sure the dog had a vaccine recently and will call vet to confirm. If it is overdue an appointment will be scheduled.
